| G-CSFR（粒细胞集落刺激因子受体）由CSF3R基因编码，是主要表达于髓系细胞表面的I型细胞因子受体。它顺利获得结合G-CSF形成同源二聚体，激活JAK/STAT、MAPK和PI3K/Akt等信号通路，在中性粒细胞的产生、存活和活化中发挥核心作用。其功能异常与重症先天性中性粒细胞减少症及向急性髓系白血病转化密切相关。 | |
